Rett and Meggie~married!

It was a beautiful ceremony on the Snake River. Meggie
looked so stunning! I loved her grandmas reaction when she
first saw her in her dress! It was so windy, I had a really
hard time holding still! Check out this ring shot that my
daughter Wren took!

Juan and Veronica

Juan and Veronica are getting married in August
in beautiful Twin Falls Idaho. My family and I are
going to bring our boat and make a weekend out of it
and do some skiing on the Snake River.

Juan and Veronica have been together for about 6
years! Juan owns the fabulous restaurant 9 Beans
and a Burrito and that is where they met. They took
us there after our shoot for dinner and it totally hit
the spot!

I'm SO sad!

My daughter Wren is off to girls camp for
5 days! I don't think I have ever been away
from her for that long! She and my niece
came with me to Twin Falls Idaho to shoot
some engagement pictures and a wedding.
It was super windy! Twin Falls is beautiful!

into the lake for the last shot!

FIRST TRY!!!

The water has warmed up a bit since Friday and we were
able to talk Avery into wake boarding for the first time.
Wren helped her over to the boom and she popped right up!
Next time we will raise the boom higher and attach a short
rope and handle. I skied again to try and work out my sore
muscles. Wren snapped a kind of cool silhouette pict.(although
my form still looks terrible!) Oh, and I am down 1 pound!
WooHoo!

The Wheeler Family

BBBRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

My family and I took the boat out this weekend and I
water skied for the first time of the season. IT WAS
FREAKIN' FREEZING!!! Plus, I haven't exercised in at
least 6 months and today I feel like someone beat the holy
living crap out of me!!! I am so glad I don't have any shoots
for the next few days! I post this embarrassing picture of
myself because it is time for me to set some goals. I have a
good 20 lbs to lose and I want to get back into competition
form. I will track my progression here on my blog throughout
the summer!

This picture cracks me up because they all look so scared!
It's not because it was a scary ride, it's because they don't
want to fall off into the FREEZING water!

Avery wanted to try out her new wake board so bad, but
it was just too cold!
