Jake Garn workshop~ Utah fashion photographer Julie Parker

This weekend for my birthday I got to attend a workshop by fabulous local fashion photographer, Jake Garn. It was a great workshop and so much fun! Here are just a few of my favorite shots of the day! I love learning new things and making new friends at workshops! It was fun using studio lighting for a change, although I only used actual strobes on numbers 3, 4 and 9 and the rest were just taken using the modeling light. I think number 2 is my favorite, but I need to get rid of the hairs near her eye.

Sam is my beautiful niece! I am so glad that she found Seth! He is a wonderful guy and comes from a GREAT and LARGE family(he has 10 brothers and sisters and 52 nieces and nephews!) They were sealed by Sam's Grandpa Perkins and it was so amazingly beautiful! I love you guys so much!

I hope everyone has a happy and safe New Year's Eve and a wonderfully relaxing New Year's Day! This was a client card I made. I printed them as a folded 5x7 in glossy pearl! They were beautiful!
