Today's favorite is MCP action's studio white bright spell! The shoot I did for Little Cherry Blossoms was the first time I had ever used a white backdrop. If you look at the post below, you'll notice that the white backdrop doesn't look very white or even at all! I was complaining about it to my friend Ally when she reminded me of an action that I owned that would fix it! DUH! This action can be found in the MCP'S Bag of Tricks action set.

WHAT.A.RIOT!!! It was utter chaos! Be sure to watch the behind the scenes video at the end! Thanks to all of the models and a special thanks to my friend Lori Jones who styled the shoot for me! Photographers, if you ever do a commercial shoot like this it is IMPERATIVE to have a photo stylist so you can concentrate on shooting and not have to worry about everything else!

Today's favorite is Kata camera straps. They have two nifty little pockets that you can put your memory cards in which makes changing your card in a hurry super easy! The strap I have is called the Reflex C and their website is www.kata-bags.com

I had so much fun teaching this workshop! I love it when my niece can model for me! Keith Bryce was my special guest and he designed and styled this look for Rachel. He even did her hair! A special thanks goes out to Spencer, Rachel's fiance, for modeling for us as well! There are lots more images to come(a cute little preemie and darling family)!

MODEL CALL

I need a few models for some upcoming events. I need a baby(newborn-8 months) and a small family to model for my workshop this Thurs. from about 1-4 or 5pm. If you, or if you know of anyone who is interested, please email a picture to me at julie@julieparkerphotography.com as soon as possible. I tried to get this info out earlier, but was horribly sick all weekend.
I also need some 6-12 month old babies(mostly girls) and 2-4 year old models for a shoot on Sun. the 21st. for Little Cherry Blossoms.
