Carlsbad vacation

We had such a great time! We stayed in this cute little beach house right on the ocean! I surfed for hours upon hours upon hours! I'm not sure why, but my right leg is covered with dark black bruises(maybe from surfing!)
My cute daughter Wren took all of these pictures except the last 4!!










This is the view from our window! I even got to see a group of 5 or 6 dolphins catching a wave! It was the coolest!

My new favorite macro lens is the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM Lens! I rented it for my wedding in Kauai and this will be my next purchase!

Here's another fabulous family I shot while in Carlsbad! Todd second shot a wedding with me earlier this year in San Diego and he was SO helpful!! His family is so adorable! After our shoot we roasted marshmallows on the beach(the house I was staying in had a private beach!)

Mini session

I have one opening left for my mini session on Friday the 1st at 4:45! The session is $550 plus tax for up to 5 people($25 per person after that)and includes 15-20 images on a disc with personal printing rights and 25 custom Christmas cards! This is a savings of $1650!!!!

I shot this adorable family while I was in Carlsbad last weekend. Marsi and I used to work at Contempo Casuals together back in the day! I loved her house! It was so light, bright and airy!

Nathan and Jenni~Kauai wedding

I had so much fun in Kauai!! Everything just seemed to work out perfectly; the weather, the location,etc. In fact, the locals have a word for it...spontanium!!! I wish I had time to post all of the pictures! I will add their gallery to my destination weddings gallery on my wedding site in a few weeks so you can see more. Nathan and Jenni took me to a luau and I was able to take advantage of the first swell of the season and take a surfing lesson. I had some clients who were there at the same time and they invited me to hang out with them and stay at the insanely beautiful Teak House(more pictures to come). I am truly blessed to be able to travel and see such beauty and to make wonderful friends through photography!
