I have been dying to do a photo shoot in the fog so when the forecast called for it I set everything up for the next morning. Stephanie Brinkerhoff did a fabulous job on my daughter's hair and makeup! I just told her the look I was going for and she got it exactly right! I wish the fog would have been thicker and I wish I hadn't driven all the way up to Snowbasin without my memory cards, but I am still happy with how it turned out! My little 14 yr old looks 25 in these and it scares me! I'll post part two of this shoot soon.
I wanted to share this cute neighbor gift idea with you! I just made some Chex muddy buddies and put them in glassine bags. Then I printed this cute poem and tied it with bakers twine.
Here is the poem. Feel free to save it to your computer for printing. I printed mine onto watercolor paper. Here's the recipe for you! Enjoy! 9 cups Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex or Chocolate Chex cereal (or combination) 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1.Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. 2.In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. 3.Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
I forgot to remind everyone about the auction that ends at midnight tonight! Go here http://helpingjenny.blogspot.com to bid on a session with me and to help someone in need! Scroll almost all the way down to the bottom of the blog and leave your bid in the comments! Every little bit helps! Even if you don't want a session with me, there are lots of things to bid on!
A guy with a KID walked up to her at the store while I turned my back for a second and was trying to hit on her! I quickly walked up to him and said,"Hi...YEA, SHE'S 14!!!!!"
